I attended the 2013 El Salvador Expedition and it amazed me to go back to my country of birth and serve my brothers and sisters. Treasured memories for a lifetime. Hope to be on the next one in April to Honduras. Sad I Couldn't make the one to Nic!

I have been blessed to serve on the "Smiles" trips three times now, and I hope for many more oppotunities in the future. After my first trip to Guatemala I was hooked for life! My cheeks ached from smiling all day, all week! I was so happy to be there helping in any way I could. No--you do not have to know Spanish-there are plenty of people who can translate. (I am super grateful that I do speak spanish, which enhances my personal experience) Yes -- the days are long, but you hardly notice because you are working with people who are the Cream -of-the-crop! It's WORTH every single achy-back and tired-feet minute of it! I come back home UPLIFTED and rejuvinated! Thank you for all you do to make this possible!
