All applications will be reviewed upon receipt, and you will be contacted for a phone interview within a few weeks. If the spots for your position are filled, we'll put you on a list for consideration for a future expedition.
The purpose of this step is two-fold. First, it helps us get to know new people who might like to work with us.
Second, it is a quick way for you who have already participated to let us know you are planning to join us, and gives us an early idea of who and how many will be on the team.
. - REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.
Applications are now being accepted for Smiles for Guatemala, April 26 through May 6, 2012.
After you have filled out the online application and have been selected to participate in the expedition, you will be given a password to access the online REGISTRATION form and the PAYMENT page.
We ask that you promptly fill out the registration form, and at the time of registration, make full payment of $2,650. You may make your payment online with a credit card or with a check by mail. Payment details will be provided on the Payment page.
Your completed registration form, professional documents for medical / dental professionals, and payment must be received for your registration to be complete.
THE COST FOR THIS EXPEDITION is $2,650. THE BALANCE ($2,650 less $200 deposit = $2,450.) MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 20, 2012.
